About Rola Ghasani

For years, I was a stay-at-home mom trying to do it all. Between raising my kids, helping with our family business, and running my own business, I was stretched thin. I had this idea that everything needed to be perfect, but all I was doing was burning myself out. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and lost in a cycle of trying to juggle it all.

But there was one moment that shifted everything for me. As I looked around at other women entrepreneurs, I noticed something striking: we were all trying to do everything, and many of us were paying the price with our health. We were stuck in this never-ending loop of stress, guilt, and exhaustion—and I knew if I didn’t make a change, I would end up the same way. Sick. Tired. Burned out.

I made the decision to live intentionally. I started to learn how daily stress contributes to disease, and how as women, we often carry so much emotional weight—whether it’s unmet expectations, guilt, or the constant pressure to be perfect. I didn’t want to live like that anymore. So, I reshaped my life to support my mind, body, and emotions in a way that actually made me feel better, not worse.

Along the way, I developed a system I call The C+S Method. It’s a simple approach that helps me focus on what truly matters and let go of the rest. One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is this: if something is creating unnecessary stress, it’s okay to eliminate it or delegate it. You don’t have to do it all, and you certainly don’t have to do it all by yourself.

But the journey didn’t stop there. If I’m being honest, the version of myself who was struggling with overwhelm wasn’t just dealing with external pressures. I had a history of believing I wasn’t enough—believing that I wasn’t good enough, confident enough, or capable enough to ask for what I needed. I carried that weight for years. As a young girl, I often told myself I was shy, and that belief shaped my life. I didn’t speak up for myself, I didn’t ask for help, and I certainly didn’t think I deserved to have balance or space in my life.

This deep-rooted belief followed me into adulthood. As a wife, I didn’t stand up for myself when my husband said something offensive, (now you can’t hold me back! haha!) As a business owner, I had this crippling fear of asking for what I was worth. But something in me snapped when I realized that I couldn’t keep living like this. If I wanted to break free from stress and overwhelm, I had to also break free from the limiting beliefs that had been holding me back for years. And so, I rewrote my story. I began telling myself new truths: I am articulate. I am worthy. I am capable. Slowly, I began to believe these affirmations, and the transformation was profound. I became someone who not only spoke up for myself but also felt deeply connected to my purpose.

Through tapping (EFT), meditation, and a commitment to letting go of the old stories that no longer served me, I healed old wounds and released limiting beliefs. As a byproduct, the physical issues I accepted as “normal” no longer consumed me and my energy. Tapping healed my gut issues by uncovering that the pain I carried was rooted in anxiety. I began to breathe deeply again after years of constricted breathing that had actually contributed to my pelvic floor dysfunction.

The transformation was so powerful, I knew I had to share this with others. That’s when I decided to become a Clinical EFT Practitioner. Today, I work with women who are overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, and struggling with the same emotional blocks I once faced. I guide them through the same tools I used to find balance and clarity in my life.

Through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and guided practices, I help women break free from the stress, emotional baggage, and limiting beliefs that hold them back. Because healing isn’t just possible—it’s life-changing.

You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. You can step into a life of alignment, freedom, and peace. You can heal, you can grow, and you can thrive. And I’m here to help you do just that.

The Coffee + Scribe story

THE BEGINNING
A mother of three daughters is no easy task, falling short on daily tasks, running out of time during the day and a family in disarray led Rola to think, 'There must be a better way to manage our time.'

This thought led Rola to the power of journaling, detailing daily weekly and long term aspirations while also developing the tools over the years with her girls to refine what is now the Coffee + Scribe technique of time management and goal setting.

DEVELOPING THE METHOD
Watching her daughters blossom into driven and focused young goal setters, Rola realised a need for the Coffee + Scribe method when the friends of her children - having tried other methods already - started asking her for direction and support in learning how to time manage effectively through journaling.

Finding that there was a broader need for this lifelong skill, Rola set about formalising the structures necessary to help a wider range of people - including you.

About Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a powerful stress-relief method that blends modern psychology with the ancient wisdom of acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body — the same points used in acupuncture — while focusing on emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations, EFT helps calm the nervous system and rewire how the brain responds to stress. Clinical studies show that tapping can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), release stored emotional energy, and support healing from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and many physical symptoms linked to stress.
